The Users panel under Administration displays all users system-wide.
Users Initial Window
Each horizontal entry represents a unique user and contains the following data fields.
•User Name – An administrator assigned value identifying the user to the system for log-in purposes.
•User Role – Determines the level of access given to a user.
•User Group – Identifies the type of user group (Existing (i.e., Fleet_Manager), or Custom).
•Account Status – Identifies whether the role of the user is in good standing or if a reset of credentials is necessary.
•Edit– Click to allow an administrator to edit a current user.
•+ New User – Click to add a new user to the list of current users.
•Delete – Allows an administrator to permanently delete the user from the system.
