ARMOR Software Release Notes (Version 4.10)

Introduction

This document outlines the upgrades and improvements to the REI ARMOR Software Suite for Version 4.10. For additional information about the ARMOR upgrades for the 4.10 release, refer to the latest version of the manual supporting the ARMOR Software Suite.

Improvements to Insight

 

Info Data Display

Basic information for the subject vehicle is quickly displayed in the Basic Info View.

J1939 Data Icons

Users can quickly access J1939 data of Fuel Level/Percentage, Engine Hours, and the Odometer reading clicking the J1939 Info button.

Improved Vehicle Searches in Insight

Insight and Insight Reports is now combined into an Event Search section within Insight. Using the Start Date and End Date fields in the Insight Event Search dialog box enables users to perform single day or multi-day searches.

The maximum number of days a search between the Start Date and End Date is extended from 30 days to 90 days.

Fuel Level Percentage in ARMOR Actions

It is now possible to set a fuel level percentage threshold from the Inputs menu in Armor Actions.

Use the arrow keys to increase/decrease how low the fuel level percentage can reach before an Armor Action is executed.

 

 

Radius Functionality Added to Stops

The Radius field allows the radius of the stop to be quickly expanded or contracted.

Drag the bar in the Edit Stop dialog box to the right to expand the area of the radius.  Drag to the left to contract the area of the radius.

Updates to Semesters and Student

On the Route Summary page in Student and the Route Group Editor page in Semesters, users can now quickly identify the beginning and end of a route.

A green route marker  indicates the beginning of the route. The red route marker  indicates the location where the route ends.
